Every member of staff had time for the patients. I was made to feel as ease as everything was explained in detail to me. I couldn't have been treated any better.

Marlene binas (staff nurse) on day surgery unit was exceptionally kind, cheerful and friendly and kept me updated. Thank you Marlene. The sister, Glenda was equally very helpful, especially the delay I had to experience was extremely bad, she did report it. I arrived at Queens at 6.45 am and was not taken to the theatre until 2.30 pm!!!. I understand the reason why but my complaint is justified. A part from the dreadful delay the staff were fantastic. Thank you everyone I'm alive. :-) ***
